Pritchard Farm Health Centre has partnered with the Family Doctor Finder program to match patients with the appropriate physician for them. If you are looking for a family doctor please call (204)786-7111 and they will assist you in finding a family doctor. No new patients will be accepted through the front desk or by calling the clinic directly.
Please do not have any medical records transferred until after your first appointment. At your first appointment, the physician and yourself will meet and determine if starting a new patient-physician relationship is appropriate for your optimal health care.
