If you are in need of a family physician, you can call the Family Doctor Finder Program at 204-786-7111 and they can assist you in finding a doctor. Please note, there are no waiting lists for Pritchard Farm Health Centre.
Please do not have any medical records transferred until after your first appointment. At your first appointment, the physician and yourself will meet and determine if starting a new patient-physician relationship is appropriate for your optimal health care.
